"Now then. Firstly, we shall require blue prints to any item or ship that uses these alloys, so we can copy the manufacturing process. We shall also require something a little more difficult to obtain. Given we wish to stop any UrQa spy or invasion force from ever leaving our systems, we must gain the ability to remove their engine's ties with the planck skein. The problem is, we have no idea if this is possible."
He paces.
"Player, you must find a place within this universe where engines cannot function - where the planck skein is interfered with - and return with the secret. I imagine that such a place would be filled with dust, but no doubt there is a place where condensed matter that interferes is located, most likely a planet or moon. You must also find a way to extract this element so we can use it as a weapon!"
