"We have also heard of a strange substance sold in this place, grog was it? When they drink this they become fearless and powerful! This is how they can do the horrible things they do!" Devanar shakes his head in disappointment. "Player, you must travel to this place and bring back some of this 'grog' so we can figure out how to counter its effects and stop the violence!"

"Yeeech!" says Devanar disgusted as he spits out the grog you brought back to him. "This liquid is toxic! Why would your people drink this? Surely something this dangerous couldn't increase their combat abilites!" He pours a bit into a scanning device sitting on his workbench. After a few minutes he analyzes the results.
"Ahhh! So this drink clouds their minds! It makes them think they are invincible... So there is no way to counter this effect. We think maybe it is time we increase our defenses..."
