So then Player, you're nearly at the top? Things will be panning out a bit from here on out, so I'll be giving you lesson missions. Go and progress futher, obtain level 21 in Piloting, Weaponry, Shielding, Electrical Engineering, Engines, Equipment, Radar and Cloaking.
I must warn you though, Player, this is no easy task. All of these skills require tangling with the very powerful, pretenders of Olympus or their real counter-parts.
I, being a simple robot, can't assist in this well at all, but I will tell you where to go to get started on this legendery quest of power.
For Piloting you must:
Find the Hidden Lyceum Observation Platform, inside of Olympus Entrance. It is hidden somewhere outside of the asteroid belt. There you'll find Lyceum scientists, they will give you details of what you must do specifically and in a bit more depth, all I know is that you'll need one Storm, Strife, Lightning and Fire shards.
For Weaponry you must:
Find the Hidden Lyceum Observation Platform, inside of Olympus Entrance. It is hidden somewhere outside of the asteroid belt. There you'll find Lyceum scientists, they will give you details of what you must do specifically and in a bit more depth, all I know is that you'll need one Storm, Strife, Lightning and Swift shards.

For all of these, you'll need to be at least level 1,000.
Alternatively, you can also train tech 21 skills from the Olympians in Staff Quarters, I know little about their needs or goals though, so you'll have to find out for yourself.
