Before you can equip your new Cadet Energy, you need to train the Electrical Engineering skill to 1. Switch to the [Skills] tab and select the Electrical Engineering skill by [LEFT CLICKING] on its entry. Press [Acquire Skill] in the lower-left corner to train it up by one level.
Once you have trained the Electrical Engineering skill, it's time to equip your new energybank! Open your inventory by pressing [I], and find your new Cadet Energy item. [RIGHT CLICK] it and select [Equip] to replace your old energybank.
