The Gronk is an alien. Yep, a bone-fide alien: its got four arms, is orange with a snout and big eyes. Oh, and a giant white mohican hairstyle. Did you not notice it was covered with white fur either?
The Gronk motions for you to lie on a medical couch and chats to you while running tests on you. You've no idea what the tests are testing, but you roll with it.
"Good, good, Player, lie still. These probes won't hurt a bit, I'm making sure you're functioning at 100% for your missions."
The alien picks up a piece of metal, and although you think it might eat it, you've a feeling it's going to be inserted somewhere instead. You quickly hop off the medical couch and try to think of a way to get out of this mandatory probing session.
"Oh, no need to be worried, Player. Oh, you're anxious to be elsewhere? Of course! You must be thinking about removing 25 Qokuji'qis to make us safer. Well then, I suppose that *is* more important, off you go!"
Yes... a nice combat mission to take your thoughts off those shiny probes. That'd be a good idea.
