The Gronk is an alien. Yep, a bone-fide alien: its got four arms, is orange with a snout and big eyes. Oh, and a giant white mohican hairstyle. Did you not notice it was covered with white fur either?
"So, Player, you've impressed Wulf and Red, it would appear. This is good, but I am the chief medical officer responsible for the bounty-hunters. I patch you up when it doesn't go well."
The alien picks up a piece of metal, and absent-mindedly starts eating it.
"I do so worry about all of you going out there, the danger and all. But Johnny has said "the best defense is a good offense, so you should be getting out there and killing 50 Forgones to make us safer. How it worries my poor heartses when there's so many dangerous aliens out there!"
You're not sure what would constitute an alien for the Gronk, but it probably includes humans as well. Oh well, time to make it feel safer.
