With so many energy guzzling gadgets out there, a high-yield energy transfer beam would be useful to have onboard. "Take these blueprints and head over to Serpica. You might find some help there getting the materials you need to construct the prototype, I think so anyway. From what I've heard, Engineer Brinksty is working on high energy field modulation. It won't be easy but I'm sure you're gonna pull it off. Good Luck!"
